This one deserves a post of it’s own…
A friend I met in Mumbai turned me on to Rajputana Custom Motorcycles in Jaipur. I immediately looked into their work, and after seeing how incredible their bikes were, I contacted the owner, Vijay, and made plans to stop by. They primarily work with Royal Enfields, which comes as no surprise, but they also had a couple BSAs and Harley 883s.
I immediately fell in love with this one…I wonder what it would cost to import it to the US…

64 BSA, mostly stock.

I took this one for a quick ride…the sound and power curve was absolutely amazing. This bike would be a dream for cruising around town, but the bare metal seat would limit the distance one could make on it. Also, the shifter is on the right side, and inverted, which would be a bit strange to get used to.

Hard at work…this bike needs to be ready for paint in 4 days so it can be shown at India Bike week in the middle of January.
